Anybody have a good eye for autograph recognition?

My friend stopped in with a box of autographed baseballs. He does not know who this is, nor do I. Sorry for the bad picture, but my phone sucks. I'm thinking maybe doc gooden... anybody have ANY ideas?

Is it Bill Lury? Get it? Hahaha. Seriously though, find a detail setting on your camera and get a better picture up, it would make this a bit easier.

I'm usually pretty good at this but mostly with older sigs. I think Ironmanfan might be right, there are some characteristics of Ivan Rodriguez but if so it's a really poor example of his autograph. At least he would be a good enough player to have signed on a sweet spot.
