Friggin edit on a critical post on page 1. Forget every damn thing I said in this EDITED post and the posts before this one.

Yepper. Outed on the second post. Seems this Old Fart Dealer didn't need much encouragement to be a jerk. Maybe being a biggoted old fart isn't what it used to be. >>

    Griv,

As I have said on previous threads, you make some good points, but they are lost in this recurrent and senseless tirade against "old farts".

Whew, sometimes it's hard not to say anything when certain people chime in and start with the personal attacks.

FC, I told him IF his check gets here I'll put it in the shredder or mail it back to him. His choice. He told me to shred it which I will do. Seems like a decent fellow judging by the communications I received. Just didn't shoot straight and consumed almost 2 hours of time and it wasn't even a productive use of the time ( in which case it would have been fine). I guess my 2 biggest peeves were his lack of being straight and then the ongoing typing of B/S which was a total waste. Time is too valuable to waste.

I agree but this really was an old fart issue. I do think though this whole issue has been rethought and clarity is beginning to shine. image

I think ALL non-payers should be outed on this forum.

<< <i>My position is simple. This is a bullion related item. You order a bullion related item you pay for it. Simple. In this case I would prefer to simply cancel the order so we can get the fee returned and be done with it. What say you? >>

I have had 3 people with buyers remorse, over 130.00 in sales, to some that is not much but to me it is, I am always worried about the "first neg" So I always have them do the "mutual agrement form" at least I get my fess back

<< <i>Out him! This is a simple "take it or leave it" auction, he named his price and won the auction. He needs to pay, period. A lost check is simple - do a stop pay at the bank, and reissue the check two days later. >>

I tell the buyers to do a E-check thru paypal, it is faster than mailing and waiting for the check to clear, and they save a trip to the post office, I think it can all be done on-line?

<< <i>I too am fine when buyers change their mind, I also offer a return policy. What kind of return policy do you offer? >>
