It appears to me that the CLEAR answer is, "NO!"

    Thanx for the article Frank.

    So....

+/-1 to PSA - not involved.

-1 to SGC - just for the handling of this so far.

-5 to GAI - for giving a card a 10 to a part owner of the company and has all the appearance of pure bias.

and -8 for the Hobby - we always take the big hit. But, that will pass.

Is this assessment based on a straight 10 point scale, or one with half-grades?

  • So the way that article makes me think is that Forman(sgc) possibly used this card as collateral for a loan not Haas, am I reading that correctly?

If that is the case there will probaly be more actions agains SGC including possible criminal charges.

That is what the caption under the picture of the article that Mantlefan posted implies.

Another interesting thing that came out of this article is that Haas and Forman are "longtime friends" and again, the issue of Haas requesting Forman "to determine whether the flaws could be fixed without hurting its authentication" came up again.

But it also begs another issue.

Why did GAI give it a 10? image
