Those 98's may not see anything above a grade MS 64. But that last 99, now that may get a MS 66. So over all your more rarer and valuable coin is the one you want at a higher grade as the 98 you can readily find an upgrade if you are aftera certain grade.

Why cents? Why don't you send in something with more value. I know you are the penny man bookey but pennies?

Yea I thought about a 63-64 for the 98's. The first 99 maybe a 64-65. Its got one noticable hit on the reverse.
The last 99 is pretty nice in hand. I think 65 with claims to 66.
Im trying to figure out which ones to sell. Im not sure if slabbing them is worth it. Does anyone know what these are goin for at the present?

    Adam,
IMHO the key to value on the reverse 1998 & 1999 Lincoln proofs "close AM's" is dependent on whether or not the hobby eventially accepts these coins as MAJOR varieties or whether they remain as MINOR varieties. We all have an example of the "close AM" reverse in our 1993 S proof cent. I personally would not go after this variety UNLESS PCGS made it a requirement of the Major varieties. Time will tell what happens. Your 1999 last example might be worthy of slabbing. Good luck. Steveimage

WOW! I just realized you were talking about business strike examples, NOT proof examples. Sorry.

    Thanks Steve. That made sense.
Maybe Ill just send in the last one and some other stuff.
Its difficult to deciede what to send in. Im trying to slab stuff I want to sell in the near future, but am not really experianced in this.

    Thanks for the help again.

The 98s are not worth sending in. I'd send the 99s though.
