without contact from the seller - no more than two weeks

with contact from the seller - three weeks (they could be stringing you along)

As been said on these boards many time - when you file it either starts a conversation or gets them motivated to complete the transaction - just my two cents...

10 days...30 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait...they bid, they should pay...

I buy a lot from Canada, so usually about 30 days I would email and ask. If no response, I usually file before the 35th day. Within the U.S. I file after 3 weeks.
  • I usually start asking around 7, and if I hear nothing by 10, I file.
