I know they were around in the 1980's and graded coins simmilar to the Anacs photo certifcate format. How were their grading standards?

Here is one of their coins with photo cert. Based on the photo, the coin looks properly graded, and I would say the Obverse is a 64 not a 63.

I'm not sure if they had slabs in later years, but the stuff from the mid 80's was just a photo certificate.
