What a waste of submission fees!!!

    Or the mint quality control tanked and the submitter sent them in the original mint packaging without ever seeing them in hand.

    Egad -- to get 65DC the submitter must have buffed it up a bit with a teri-cloth towel before dropping it into the flip.

    Maybe that's an anticipation grade. The coin is actually a PF-69 but once the milkspots form it will be a 65 and then be properly graded.
