Whats the safest way to break loose cards that are stuck together?

I come across a lot of glossy or gold parallel cards that are stuck together in groups of about 10-20 cards. Whats the safest way to separate them with out harming there condition?

    Those cards are tuff to seperate. I would try using some heat. Put them on top of a radiater? I had that happen to me with some tiffanys.

    It happens to me ALL the time, and a few others as well. I think it has to with the timezone in your profile maybe.....????

    all posts are now graded on a .5 scale which in turn, caused a tear in the time continuum

    I just have my collection manager do it. He is out of town until Tuesday though because he went to collect on some cards for me. I use a hammer, he uses a cigar cutter....

    Try putting them in the toaster for 10 seconds.

    When I get cards that are stuck together, I just kinda gently bend 'em back-and-forth, sort of like you're fanning a deck of cards. That will usually cause the cards to break apart from each other.

    I must have tried 4 or 5 different stores and not one of them sold Goo Gone!

    I just shuffle them ,as i do with a deck of playing cards........always does the trick. Aces high..........

    Windex can contain solvents. NEVER use solvents unless you are prepared to damage the surface of the card.
