Also btw... lets get the facts straight. In the past pharmer has also stated the coins are really not for sale, but rather for display. Ebay is a cheap way for many to see your coins and have them displayed with a store.
I sure appreciate it, DJ. You are right, and I will fix it tomorrow. With so many listings I've missed some to get into compliance. That is indeed a 2x2 flip. I just open them as I make out my submissions, image raw without the glassine window on the coin to prevent glare (you can shine a reveal bulb directly on a raw toned coin and get no glare yet really bring out the toning), then insert it into the safeflip for submission to PCGS. I recommend everyone image their toners raw prior to submission, for a variety of reasons, but especially because they look nice.
Next? And I owe you, man, I'll try to repay you.

ROTFLMAO......If they are on eBay they are For Sale and at the price he wants. BTW I get better pictures in the slab.
Truth has been working on a book for some time now. If you look back on the NGC forums when the blue indians hit, he spoke of it there.
Pharmer has always taken pics of raw coins first, since once you get them in the slabs it gets alot harder. This is nothing new to anybody who takes photos. The pics in his listings have been the same for years. Then you can slab the coins after and still have nice looking photos. >>
So why won't he deny the charges made against him? He turned it around on me, and I've spent the night refuting the charges because they are not true. That's what an innocent person does. Capiche?
Not only that, Marguli has always been open about his activities, he has never lied, and been the better for it. That to me is someone who doesn't lie about this either. Why would he? And a denial by truth, or a statement that Marguli is lying about him and the toned commems in TPG slabs, would get an apology from me, but I guess I'm not worth it?
And Bruce, I've been writing a book for years also.

Ken, it's the truth. And Ken, I start all my auctions at 99c, without fail. For years, Ken.
And Ken, the one I just bought from you on eBay? You get better images in the slab? Please. No, your problem is you could get much more for your roosies, but your images suck. And if you had imaged them with bright light when they were raw, and showed those images along with the slabbed images, you would be realizing much higher prices, which you deserve. Just FYI.

<< <i>Personally, I think Pharmer and Saintguru are idiots.
I have explained my experimentations with toning to the betterment of collectors and the hobby, as many, many people can attest to. I have literally hundreds of communications thanking me over the years. I show collectors and dealers what to look for, and what not to buy. To this day, people as my opinions on suspected doctored coins.
Pharmer and Saintguru are obviously mistaken, or stupid, or scared. Forum members can pick.
This is what I posted on the NGC forums:
To address some instigators here, my purpose of coin experimentation have been for the education of many forum members, many who have come and gone, and some who have thanked me for saving them thousands of dollars by not purchasing AT coins.
Of course, some folks can't say that because they are selling AT coins at profits, I can say I do not.
Simple to say, I have been on the TPG forums since the year 2000. Simple to say, I am not Biddles, don't know him. Simple to say, I don't sell my experiments. Simple to say, I can educate folks to look for coin doctoring. Simple to say, many dealers ask my opinions at coins shows, all the time. Simple to say, I personally know of some AT doctors on this forum and their methods. They are afraid of me, I have multiple communications from them admitting their doctoring habits, which coins they doctored and slabbed and the methods they use, their conspiracies to avoid detection using other "friends" as submitters. Simple to say, I would not hesitate to volunteer this information if one or more of the TPGs decide to proceed. Since I consider many of these communications private, it would have to be in a serious venture. Simple to say, I can provide on request from the TPGs information about conversations witnessed by other independent various individuals who are on this forum that can verify any assertation I may make.
Simple to say, that some people on these forums are very afraid. A few of these individuals have been in the conversations with one or more of the grading services.
Simple to say, that some people on these forums should start a savings account "just in case".

Reading truthteller's post above (the way I have my preferences set its on page 5) he does not deny that he's At'ed commems. He does deny profitng off ATed coins, and implies that he'sdone it for educational/exposure purposes, and that he doesn't sell his experiments.
I don't know TT. But those seem like a pretty straightforward denial of profitting from ATing coins. Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone. But please do it respectfully. Some here have accused me of beingsimple minded, so I have a ready made excuse if I'm incorrect. Don
At this point, pharmer has stayed on point, been civil, and so has everyone else. Lets' all rest for now. I know I am tired , trying to keep it to a minimum of courtesy and dirty words... jees some of you guys(SAINTGURU)really test a guy. I think PCGS and NGC should co-sponsor a pay-per-view webcast with all the suspect parties being submitted to polygraphs . . . and throw in a few giveaways for viewers like free submissions and some monster toners (in slabs of course!) . . . I know I’d shell out 30 or 40 bucks just to see the beads of sweat pouring down a few foreheads and to hear the screams of guilty parties as they’re being carried away by the FBI . . . It might be very good for business!
hahahaha, its originally a Phil Collins tune. great album btw. it has been remade abunch. i missed all the fireworks too, but i think it will be even better in the coming days. i know i will be watching and trying to figure out how fast rudy does the popcorn guy.

Just to try to clarify things, since it seems only fairlaneman can give a straight answer:
1. Most of pharmers toned Lincolns are mint set coins. He has shown numerous pics of such coins still in the mint set, and many of them look like the examples posted in this thread. Pharmer's photos appear to have a pinkish cast to them, so they may look AT to some, but they are most likely NT mint set toners. For truthteller to say they are AT gives him little credibility for someone who considers himself an AT/NT expert. However, perhaps truthteller knows this and is stirring the pot.
2. The prices Pharmer is charging on his ebay listings are obscene, and if you look at completed auctions he has sold little or none of these at these obscene prices. Perhaps he is doing this for display purposes (which seems and odd way to display coins), but even if he were not, he is fooling almost nobody into paying these obscense prices, not even dizzyfoxx.
Bottom line: Pharmer's ebay store appears a bit strange, but I do not think he is a coin doctor.
