You're confusing company policy with a criminal act. What you did with the $1000 bill violated company policy (although I would want to see the policy), it did not violate any definition of Fraud.
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector. Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

It's amazing that the roll ends show almost no toning or carbon spots.
Best,

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set: 1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S. Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
Have you seriously checked the auction values for MS65-66RD Lincolns from Philadelphia recently. Coins dated 1946 through 1953 have significant premiums over your slabbing fees. And if you hit one 67, you could pay for your daughter's wedding. Everyone of those pictured 1946 cents should go to PCGS. And if there are any 47s, 48s, 49s, 50s, 51s, 52s, or 53s from Philly, that look anywhere near the same quality, they should go, too.

I was going to say...Don't forget to tip you bank teller.....
Wonder who raided their grandfather's (or similar) cigar box? That part of it is lousy. But what can you do? Go find the guy who brought them to the bank? I'd spend the same time looking for cool varieties in those rolls.

Emphasis on "what I think they might" grade (also, limitations of grading from photos). Congratulations! Looks like you have scored thousands of dollars of fresh out of the roll Lincolns for about $10.00!
