Help me grade this Morgan
Sorry for the poor photos, I'm still trying to learn to take coin photos. I do have a few questions though. This appears to be a weak strike Morgan in MS condition. That said, can a weakly struck coin even make MS-65? From what I've read, it can't, but I'm no expert. I like this coin due to the die breaks on the reverse and whatever is happening around Liberty's lips. Is this a VAM (obverse)? My guess is it isn't because I can't find anything on this.
Here are the pics. My guess is it's MS-63 but I'm new to grading AND I've never dealt with a weak strike before, please help me out.
Thanks

I could just be way wrong and it could just be the lighting.
The hair about the ear is definitely flat BUT it doesn't look worn. HOWEVER the hair along the face line is flatter. I'm not sure if this is all caused by a weak strike or wear. The reverse looks MS except for the eagles breast, but once again this looks more like a weak strike then wear.
This coin looks to have more bag wear then actual circulation wear in hand. The field marks are bag marks but it also looks like areas of the field weren't completely struck, or the die was getting old.
in United and States on the reverse. Your coin clearly has the die break slag and thus I'd say its MS for sure.
