What does a CAMEO lincoln cent, 1950's look like?

Can someone give me the characteristics of what a 1950's cameo lincoln cent
should look like? Could this proof be cameo?

that would be considerd brilliant proof, not cameo. look at ANY slabbed dcam linc on ebay, you'll see the difference

just a quick example of a dcam linc, see how linc is frosted, while yours is brilliant,

dcam coins will show frosting on design and lettering, but that is not a description or deffinition of a dcam coin, someone here can explain that better. Do not feel that this is a stupid question, as when I started out I had no clue WTF a cameo coin was

Yep, cameo just means the surfaces of lincolns profile (and the wheats on the back) will be frosty instead of bright, the older coins are harder to find with frost on them. It will contract with the brightness of the fields.

Thanks for the replies. I went to flea-bay and viewed some, but the pre 60's are harder to see.

Here is what a dcam/ucam Wheatie from the '50's will look like. Given that they are fairly hard to get slabbed as such, you can sometimes find a TPG graded cameo wheatie of that era that has as much frost/contrast as a dcam/ucam but only pay a fraction of the cost. Just like any other coin series certain dates are notorious for being tough to find (in dcam/ucam).
