If you're looking for full grade bumps, better do it before February 1st.

  I am still a little......but I have to admit it is the right move. Grading is really still a new thing, I imagine we will see more changes as time goes by.
  

  Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.

  I know I'm shocked, and I'm not so sure I like it. At least they're not instituting a 9.5 grade.

  I don't like change on this one. Sounds too much like BGS now, I liked the full grade deal.

  Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!
