Some have already determined he is the loser . The issue that we are faced with now is : Will the new buyer be cheated or will he be happy ? You see, it's this "Market Acceptance" that is the real can of worms.
Gemineye, the main issue here is not cracking out coins from one TPG to another, etc. but arguably the fact the seller in question, and many more just like him, are purposely deceiving buyers and hiding obvious defects in order to rape more money from unsuspecting patrons. Buyers do need to educate themselves but the learning curve would be a lot shorter if they didn't have to trod through all the scum sellers like the one in question.

Buyers need to educate themselves whether they buy raw or slabbed.No purchase should be willey- nilley.....Is a PR70 that much better than a PR69 or ....MS68 compared to a 67....what is the price ratio..??? His ID here was SeatedLibertyKeys, which was also his eBay ID. When he got called out after making buy offers for problem coins over on the BST, he went under cover of SantasLilTreasures at eBay and disappeared from here altogether. Before having used the eBay ID SLK, he went by KingofCoins.

This guy is wrong. He is selling bodybagged coins that were slabbed by ANACS. But, there are a lot of coins that get body bagged by PCGS and NGC also. They do not get slabbed. It is rare to find a seller on EBAY who discloses that a raw coin he is selling was previously body bagged by PCGS or NGC. So what happens to all the body bagged coins from the big 2 TPG's? Where do they go?

Gemineye, I am sorry you cannot comprehend the wrongness being done by the actions the seller takes. It is pretty clear in the deceptiveness and it is similar to selling a flood damaged car and letting it dry out then selling it online. You won't know there is a problem until you get it inhand (since seller isn't giving accurate photos/descriptions).
Seller is a tool and half and is what gives dealers/ebayer sellers a bad rep.

I do comprehend the wrongness....the non disclosure...the hiding of non reported damages....But on the flip side I am not buying a car or a home to live in and I am not defending those actions.It is that it is just being done and has been done.That's the reason I collect Moderns.I don't want to buy second hand merchandise and come to the realization that the purchases I made were under false pretenses.I've bought and sold second hand autos and you have to look for things before you buy ..that's all I'm saying. Your not gonna buy a car with three wheels and drive it away..!!!Your not gonna buy a second hand home with no kitchen and cook a gourmet meal in it.It's a coin ..and if it's a hundred years old ....Geez...I'll bet some one maybe some one could have wiped it clean just maybe at least once....or maybe twice....!!!...........
