New paypal scam

    Most of these scams are now coming from Russia, with some from China.

    Of course we've said it before but it's always worth repeating to newbies...never clickon an e-mail link. Go to PayPal itself and see if the message is there.

    If I was a scammer, I would take the time to make sure my phishing e-mails were put together flawlessly. Even if you weren't aware of the way these guys try to scam people, it seems like a dead giveaway when you read an e-mail from what is supposed to be a big-time company and they don't know that there should be a period between the dollar amount and the cents. Little things like that and inconsistent amount of spaces between words and periods should be a warning flag to people.
