2007 Platunum - Possible Error

Hello,

Just received the 2007 Platinum Anniversary set.
It looks like Lady Liberty has a black eye!
Check out the photos.
Does this have any value as an error coin or is this just a poor strike that should be returned
to the mint for a replacement.
I will post additional photos if needed

Even the slightest amount of moisture....sneeze, cough, etc....plat coin is history!!!

I believe this occurred on the 06 platinums. I think it was slabbed as an error from a poster on here. You may want to research previous threads on this.
