Hypothetically, if you had all the banking information from a seller in China to wire money to him.... Could the right hacker clean out his account?... Strictly hypothetically... image

    hypothetically, a scammer's account is a very temporary holding place for funds received...said funds will shift to one or more accounts almost immediately after receipt. You'd need to follow the money a bit longer to have a chance.
