Yeah because these have a huge mark up at $1100+ per ounce.

Speaking of GOLD, at what price of spot gold do you believe. FLBuffaloHunter (or others), the Mint Proof Buffalos will be pulled?
    I imagine, we are close.

As stated in other threads. Since 2007 is over they have only what is in inventory and whatever was minted was bought at lower gold prices so there is a chance they stay for sale even if the gold price hits $900.

The Mint is having a bullion sale on the Buffalo's so you will think of them when it comes to buy more bullion. The burnished 'W' eagles are priced competitively and are a viable option to those purchasing bullion since at this point it costs $912 to buy a bullion 1 oz AGE and $1,678 for the 1 oz APE from a large bullion dealer like Kitco. The Mint prices offer better value since they are limited issues with special preparation compared to the standard bullion eagles.

I'm guessing they will be pulled on the day that Gold reaches a high of $869 but also settles back to close at $864!!!

2007 Proof Buffalos are gone from Mint's website: "Product is not available."
