    I can't see any signs of it being a fake... The seller seems to be showing plenty of detailed pics of the coin, and the holder. The EF 40 details (cleaned) seems right for this particular coin.
    I would be more worried about buying those Bust/Trade dollars in those holders, than a 50 cent Liberty Seated one. At least the seller is from the U.S. not China...
