Is there any difference between the Ike in the regular 1976 proof set and the Ike in the special 3-piece Bicentennial set?

The Ike in the Regular proof set is clad and the three piece proof set is 40% silver to the best of my knowledge.

The other difference is the 76 Proof Set Ike is a type II reverse (thin Letters) the 76 3 pc is a Type I (thick Letters) reverse
