Thank you Russ......The most beautiful Jefferson Nickel I ever purchased!!! She's a 1944-S

GoldbullyGoldbully Posts: 18,502 ✭✭✭✭✭
I wish I was Japan John or some of the other great photographer on the forum to capture this gorgeous nickel.

Japan John, I would love to send this coin to you so you can professionally photograph for the forum.

Witness an affordable coin that has incredible crust, tone, and cartwheel.

Thanks to Russ...one of the few best purveyors of coinage on eBay!!!

Is that S doubled? Good looking coin.

I'd be interested in seeing a close up of the mint mark too, also looks like an interesting die crack forming on the head..

Could you not use the photo's that Russ took? Or possibly ask Russ if he has the originals?

Very nice coin, I love this date with the Large S

Nice coin and in all fairness, I think Russ is one of the best photographers here... maybe not quite as good as Cacheman but then again... who is?

Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.

I'm glad you like it and, of course, you're free to keep and use the images.

I like the Stone Mountain better, though. But then, it's my favorite commem. image

Thanks for the plug! My setup is so unremarkable it's not even funny.

Send away if you want but if you own a camera you can do what I do with a tripod and a diffused flash (I difuse mine with a piece of printer paper held in front of the flash.

    Nothing to it.

Yes, I posted this one a while back. But, I think they will grade a point or two down for the lamination,so its sits in my album.

    Hey Russ,

Do you have a store on eBay? If so, under what name?

    Thanks!
