Thats all I have to say. Im sorry I shipped your packages out a few weeks late. I never once had the thought in my mind to steal 50.00 max(Edit, anything!!) from anyone. I really find it interesting that I have sold 1,000.00 upon 1,000 of dollars worth of sports cards and I sh slow to only about 4 people out of about 11 only bc I didnt have a box for the items that didnt require bubble envelopes. You guys blow up on me. Well Ive had it after reading what yall said and Im done with this board. All cards have been sh and Im now saying goodbye and god bless to you all.

I suspect that if you showed genuine regret for waiting so long to ship and sincerely apologized to the people that waited almost a month for their cards, there'd be a little more sympathy for you here. But instead you come back with a "What is wrong with you people" attitude like you did nothing wrong. If you're wondering why people are reacting this way, take a look at the ToppsCo1lector threads.

I like to give everybody a chance to explain themselves, not like you gotta explain to me in this situation, because I didn't deal with you, i'm just a curious on looker, but I do belive everybody should have a chance to explain what happened, if something indeed did happen to delay for so long.
Hope you can straighten everything out with everybody, and everybody gets what they were supposed to get, and some extras maybe? And everybody could get back to normal, friendly trading, and chatting. It makes no sense to lose board members, the more members the better!

Oh ok, thats not good, I think ebay feebacks speak for themselves. I can see where people would delay shipping when theres no feedback system involved, but with the ebay feedbacks, if you don't ship, people will definetly leave feedback saying that.

Still want to make it clear that 99.9 percent of these board members are great ..

Let me try to understand here, did you get your item(s) or not?
I am not defending anybody, but, dosen't a check take time to clear? Don't some ebay sellers say, please allow 10 business days for checks to clear?
Did everybody eventualy get their card(s) or what? Was this a case of super slow shipping, or not shipping at all? I am trying to understand this

Let me back up check sent out nov 23th , check cleared through my bank nov 28th im seller dec 10 th if item has been sent = 13 days after check has cleared
reply from seller telling me to calm down he has a life ? Nice way to sell . Item dated on package dec 11 th

Oh ok, so its a case of slow shipping, LOL. From Nov. 28th to Dec. 10th, its like 8 business days, ok, its still a long time, but you did receive your card. Not saying its right to ship that long after check was cleared, but its not as bad as some sellers i've dealth with!
I personaly ship within 1-2 days of any payment clearing, but unfortunaly, not everybody does that, but at least you got your card, it could have been much worst I think

I just thought this was a case of nobody getting their cards, how some people made it sound. Sure he was slow, but I think it could have been worst, don't you think? Like I said, i'm not defending anybody, theres always sense to be made out of any situation, don't always think the worst!
Again, he should have been a little faster with the shipping, and do a better job on the communication, but he didn't, and hes paying the price for that. He got suspended from ebay, hes not likely to get anybody to trade with him, and who knows if he would be allowed back on ebay? What more do you want?

Then why not ship out the day you cashed the checks?? You make it sound like it was not that much money. So you don't trust anybody but everyone should cut you slack.
I still don't understand when you told someone you mailed a package a week before you actually did mail the package.
It was a situation where people before me who bought from this person got the 5 week or more treatment .
This place should not be like ebay in my humble view , Chasing down people for items etc
I did get the item it was nice and a great price

Yeah, I know, the no communication it what stinks! I don't mind waiting 2 weeks or so, as long as the person keeps me up to date. I purchased a medical wall atlas from a seller on ebay, and I emailed him like 4 times with no response, and he finaly ships it out a month and a half later.
You know whats the best part? He sent me a sheet of paper(8X11) of something simliar, and it was laminated. The correct item was supposed to be one of those wall altlases you open up, and hang on your wall.
I only paid 10 bucks, and the guy didn't leave me any feedback when i paid by paypal, so now as a punishment to him, i'm going to leave him positive feedback saying, "Super Fast Shipping! Great Looking Item! AAA+++ Seller! Thanks
Thats my way to punish somebody that deserves it! You ask why use that method? Because when people buy the same it, and see his feedback, there going to expect the real thing, so they might not be as nice as I am, and leave him a Super Neg.
Its not like its a high priced item, its only 10 bucks, so i'm not ready to get a retaliatory neg. for 10 bucks, if people want a neg. thats there problem. However, if this was a high priced item, then I would definetly leave a neg, so that people wouldn't have to deal with him, but i'm not ready to get a neg. for 10 bucks is what i'm trying to say

Gio I will preface my comment by saying that I dont think you are a bad guy, extremely naive maybe, but not bad. What you said above only hurts eBay. You are supposed to let the next bidder know what a poor seller he is so that they can avoid him. Not let them get robbed too, and hope that they do the work that you should have done in the first place. That could be the stupidest strategy i have ever heard, and can only hope you were kidding.
