I'm thinking about starting an Ebayer and dealer review website.
This could take many forms, but the basic idea would be to post graded results of raw cards purchased from Ebay, critique return policies, explain any hassles with sellers, etc. A secondary purpose would be to review dealers, shops, etc. that collectors buy from.
Any thoughts?

Obviously there needs to be something other than Ebay feedback to provide insight on what sellers out there are really like.

I remember this idea was brought up awhile ago....maybe not an actual website, but more like a thread. there was some resistance...mainly because people were concerned that PSA would shut the thread down because of liability issues.
I do remember finding a website that tracked bad ebay auctions...outing reprints, trimmed cards and the like. I wish I bookmarked it. Maybe someone here remembers it.

Great point
Check out the above link which is a popular website to report spammer phone and fax numbers. Might work for this - say...type in a dealer name and up pops the customer comments.
Maybe it should be set up like the Rate your teacher/professor websites.
That way after you leave the obligatory "Thanks" positive feedback on Ebay you could use that id to leave your real feedback anonymously on your website.
I think you'll probably end up with cash from Ebay to shut down
