What the heck happened, I thought I lost last week and now I won? Oh BTW if I lose after scoring 100 points I am going to whine like a little girl.

I am not sure what happened that first week. I was the one that won the game, then 4-5 days later the points are different and I had lost. I was 3 ahead and the Yahoo stat correction showed I lost 2 points for different reasons, but somehow I still lost by one point. I was getting ready for the Denver mineral show and didn't really have time to look it over.

I imagine that Yahoo got the scoring right at the end and that is why they don't have live scoring updates on the league board as it did the first week?

It's all good now as I am 3-1 after week 4. (Thank you Brady and Morris).

Going against the league leader next week, but I get a little aid from bye week losses.

Good luck to everyone in their various leagues.

I knew I would be ok in this fantasy fb thing, I got lucky in the draft and not only got STEVEN JACKSON, but somehow I also got DREW BREES!

Week 1 I got lucky and some of bhelser's guys played worse than mine.

Week 2 my team actually did better than expected, BUT Rugby's Marines had carson palmer and braylon edwards for that 100-98 browns/bengals game, and they outperformed by 40+ just for those 2.

Week 3 drew brees actually had NEGATIVE points! and AirJoedan Armada had Kevin Curtis. I had 58, Curtis had 40 by himself!

Week 4 was just silly. I didn't get a lot of points from Ahman Green, Steven Jackson, and Calvin Johnson who all didn't play. My own fault but the replacements were on their bye week so I didn't have much for options.

If you bet on football, this coming week will be career weeks for the guys on "If I were Al Davis". Count on it image

Moving right along in the fantasy football season.

After suffering a loss last week "The Meteorites" stand well in second place at 8-2 having cleared the harder part of my schedule. (Or at least I hope).

As the league is secure I guess I will give others a standing/score update on league 2

    1. So. Central Rockcats 9-1 1088
    2. The Meteorites 8-2 1037
    3. Airjoedan Armada 7-3 1015
    4. mealeworm 6-4 863
    5. Red Gold Steelers 5-5 982
    6. Rugby's Marines 4-6 920
    7. If I was Al Davis 4-6 866
    8. kcballboy 4-6 842
    9. jimq 4-6 841
    10. EA Sports 4-6 809
    11. bhelser 3-7 792
    12. NMT TBolts 2-8 789

As four teams make the playoffs and four games are left before playoffs, the fight for the later playoff spot looks pretty tight.

Good luck to everyone the rest the way.

    Clear Skies,
    Mark

I love our FF league. I wish Fox updated the stats, but it's cool to specualte, then check out how everyone did on Monday morning and then watch a MNF game with something to root for/against. Sea vs. SF last week, I was rooting for Vernon Davis and DJ Hackett but hoping for nothing good for M. Morris (TD) and Bobby Engram (many catches) Thankfully, a meaningless TD by Hackett won me the game, but is was down to the wire. So the entertainment value for me is awesome , win or lose.

Yes, I was on the other end of that. At half time I was one point down with better players on the field, it looked pretty good for me. For some reason, Engram was pretty much shut out and Hackett got all his catches. Pretty close game and since we were both 8-1, a winning good win on your side. I had an 8 game winning streak going so I can't complain....or at least I would likely be ignored if I did.

Giving a "TO" shoutout to Airjoedan Armada for the upset victory in the PSA Fantasy Football League 2. Armada squeezed a victory out of the top two teams in the league the last two weeks and pulled it off.

    The teams that place:

    1. Airjoedan Armada (8-6)
    2. So. Central Rockcats (12-2)
    3. The Meteorites (12-2)
