  Hard for me to tell with those images... I'd vote that it's cameo, but not deep cameo without better images.

  Hard to tell from the pictures. Definitely looks like it has frosted devices. Do not know if the fields are mirrored enough. If the fields are mirrored and watery black, I would predict a Cameo designation. DCAM? I could not say without looking at the coin in hand or at least with a better picture of same.

  I would say CAM for the obverse and that means even if the reverse is DCAM it will get graded as CAM.
