I have a card thats authenticated by him, and would really suck if theres new things going around about him.

I'm just razzing the JSA...that Bando thing was a setup, the graders were naive and fell for it. Stupid, puts a big question mark on the company, but I'd buy a JSA authenticated piece. I'd use common sense as well, however.

Since the OP card is a 1991 or 1992 conlon card, I'd say "questionable authenticity".

Way to ruin a perfectly good $.03 card!

I bet if you put it on ebay and said it belonged to your dead grandfather and you found it in the attic, and no paypal, you would still get bids.

Ink looks too new, the R looks pathetically hand drawn (as opposed to legitimately signed), etc, etc.

I'm guessing frankhardy was joking with his original post, asking if this was real.

These Conlon cards didn't even come out until 1990 or so, and Babe wasn't signing too many cards in sharpie before he died in 1948.

So to keep up the Seinfeld references, as Elaine would say, "Fake, fake, fake, faaaaaake!"
