The 'tell' on artifical frosting, generally is the reverse lettering (outside of obvious bleeding of the acid into the fields on some).
The one you showed above looks OK (although, on first blush, the lower part of the bell, right below the bell lines is troublesome- but probably just an issue with the photo itself).
It also looks OK to me. All I see is typical frost fade.
I also had to ask myself a question, "Why would someone artificially frost a Franklin from the year that yielded the most cameos and deep cameos?" If I were going to artificially frost a Franklin, I would pick one that had more upside potential.
