non paying bidder claims to be ebay employee..

...and ever since i have been having a dispute with him over his refusal to pay for the item (since about 3 weeks ago), funny things have been happening to my account. 1. i received a second chance offer FROM MYSELF to buy the coin this guy refused to pay for 2. someone lists a chevy camaro under my user name. I have to set up a new password 3. Last night TWENTY-FOUR of my auctions ended suddenly, though all had 18 hours to 4 days to go. Naturally, i suspect this alleged ebay employee.

and to add insult to injury, ebay refuses to re-list my 24 items OR let me relist at no cost. i must re-lilst at MY cost

SO.... should i suspect this user of funny business?

And, you have contacted ebay about this funny business AND told them about an (apparent/self-declared) employee who is a NPB on one of your items?
If not, that should be the first thing to do....online help if you don't think your email would get the right look.

If the facts are indeed as you say, then it sounds like your account is hijacked. Can you change your password? if you've changed your password and it keeps happening then you likely have a keystroke tracker virus on your computer so the badguy sees your new password whenever you change it.

Hadn't thought about that, but you may be right.
I had thought either an employee was going rogue (getting ready to quit or something) or the account was hijacked, but I hadn't thought the buyer account may have been hijacked as well.

Still say to contact ebay and express concern...and also change the PW on the account immediately!
