Downgrade review question...

I recently sent in a coin for a downgrade review. I see that PCGS charged my credit card within the past couple of days, but still no email about its status. Does them charging me mean they determined the coin was proper for its holder? Or could I still be getting an email shortly that it could have downgraded?
