Makes EF40 by detail, but knock it down to VF35 for a couple of light rim nicks. Eye appeal is decent/average for the grade, with a few scattered nicks and hairlines from circulation, but no obvious evidence of cleaning or abuse.
Obverse: Looks to be light wear on forehead, the breast appear to have possible light wear, legs apper to have only minimal wear, gown show detail. Obverse looks to be EF-40.
Reverse: Initial impression is a weaker strike. Most all major details of feathers show, but appear to have definite wear on the high points. What is impressive is the wear on the claws do not appear to be consistent with the apparent wear on the feathers. The claws appear to have more detail and show less wear. The looks to be possible EF-40, would like to see better lighting on the feathers (could be too much). Someone else mentioned the rim dings...evident from the reverse perspective, possibly knocking down to VF-30-35.
