  The sealed box was indeed a requirement for the FS designation after the initial 30 day period had passed, but I do not know if PCGS is still putting that label on current submissions - it seems like they still should. A question for customer service.
  
  Personally, I still don't understand the mystique associated with the FS label, especially since the Mint has stated that there is no way to determine the order that these coins were struck. If PCGS wanted to provide a real service, they would evaluate the actual strike, but that might cause even more controversy, mightn't it?
