Another 80-S Vam? "0" in Denticles, Die Chip Wing?

Is this a dropped "0" in the denticles?? Also, has anyone seen this die chip on an 1880-S eagle's right wing? Both are on the same coin. It's different than the VAM 20 and 30.....
