According to Bluesheet---Matte Proof Lincolns are HOT!!

Article
From the Oct 5, 2007 edition of Bluesheet...
Matte Proof Lincoln Cents are hot with buyers looking for Brown, Red & Brown and full Red specimens. Dealers are chasing after these Copper Cents in all grades with several issues hitting double digit gains. Serious Type collectors are eager to include a nice early Matte Proof Lincoln Cent to their holdings. This seemingly insatiable demand has helped drive prices skyward as at least one dealer is Bidding up on every date and grade. Perhaps the interest in this coin category is being fueled by the upcoming, newly designed Lincoln Cents, scheduled for takeoff in 2009, celebrating the bicentennial of our 16th President's birth. The new obverse designs for the four commemorative cents, each of which represents a significant phase in Lincoln's life, have been recently recommended to Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson.
