  Nice aquisition!! I'll second LindeDad's call. PR63CAM. IMHO, the '84 quarter is grossly undervalued in the market, wether PR or MS. Despite a fairly high survival rate of the low mintage(PR=875, MS=8,875) of both, nice examples are few and far between.

  I can't tell if the light scratches I see are on the holder, but if not, it looks to be a PF64 cameo.

  I'll say 63DCAM. The fields looks hazed over and and I think are probably hiding a bit of the cameo contrast.

  And the Winner Is.... PCGS PR65CAM ... about 25% of you guessed right. The rest of you should start another grading service which will be known for its exceptionally "tight" grading leading to many crossovers to PCGS for upgrades and sinking the value of all of our coins.

  If that's a Heritage image, no wonder it looks like a PR63. They could make a PR68 CAM look like a hamburger sometimes.

  In our defense........proofs are next to impossible to grade from a single set of images, as hair lines do not show up all that well.
  
  Yeah, that's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it.

  Fair enough. I suppose that when you're imaging 6 trillion coins a year like Heritage does, they can't all be perfect pictures. Takes me like 20 tries to get a single coin to look they way I want., and my photography isn't exactly known for its stellar quality either.
