US Mint Looking for Tenant for First Floor of HQ Building

According to an article in Coin World, the US Mint is looking for a tenant to occupy the first floor of its headquarters building on 9th Street in Washington, DC.
Would this not be a superb place for a larger coin dealer to locate, possibly with sponsorship of a rotating display from the Smithsonian? Congress might have said “No” to the mint opening it’s own museum, but no one said anything about a private-public partnership.
I know the location well. It is just a block or so from the popular Spy Museum, around the corner from the Verizon Center, close to Chinatown, diagonally across the street from Smithsonian’s administrative HQ and just up the street from the spectacular, newly reopened American Art Museum (including their fine medal collecting) at Gallery Place Metro.
Security, is unlikely to be a problem.

Service Rep.: "Let's go upstairs and ask the guy who runs the mint!"
The building even has bas reliefs of coins on the facade!
Maybe I could move in and mint my Amero coins there ?
