2007-P Kennedy rotated die error help please

I was checking out all of my mint sets I got in today's mail to see if there are some winners.
I noticed that Kennedy has a slight rotation. Is this notable? Or to slight of a rotation to mark as an error?
I took a picture of both mint sets side by side for comparison.

I'll be on the look out for one with a little more rotation.

<< <i>It is within mint tolerance levels and would not carry a premium. >>
What is the Mint's tolerance? I thought it was five degrees. The coin pictured is around a 12 degree rotation. PCGS certs such rotations under the Error Program.
But a 45 degree rotation would carry more of a premium.
the Mint's tolerance is 27-30 degrees.
Most collectors want their Rotated Reverses
to be at LEAST 45 degree's.
Your Kennedy is well within tolerance.
