Does Pcgs issue a cert.# to coins that are bodybagged?

  Yes, they do. Once it ships it will show the reason it was body bagged.

  Grade not available may simply mean it hasn't updated yet. Doesn't necessarily mean the coin was bodybagged.

  I was kinda expecting a BB on this one (for a very light scratch)but thought that it might make it into a slab since a cert.# was posted.

  My last submission said the same thing, the grades were posted at the end of the day.
