Glue lines on PCGS 70 slabbed coins

I have a collection of GAE PR70DCam $10 coins a few of which show a line along the rim of the coin which looks alot like glue...Is this a problem that occurs from the sonic sealing of the slab or is it actually on the coin. Since the coins are graded 70's, I will not crack them myself. Also, my collection has a number of PR70DCAM and MS70 gold coins which have various levels of toning. Several have a kind of glazed toning which covers a portion of the coin, and a couple have what appears to be copper spots. Is this toning removeable, and at what cost per coin?

Thankyou

I think you're looking at the clear rubber insert which actually holds the coin; the slabs are only sonically sealed along the edges.

You can send them in under the grade guarantee; however, copper spots are forever.

    Got pics?

If its ugly, send it back to PCGS for free - Fill out form as "Mechanical Error" - COST ZERO...

I have done this on labels that are sideways or coins that don't match the coin numbers ect.

I think it is just the gasket and not glue from prior experience. There is no glue.
