Bought a NGC 1986-2005 NGC MS-68 20th set in a wood box, where did these come from?(pics added)

They are all black label 20th anniversary set coins in MS-68 is a really nice wooden engraved flip open box, bought it for basically melt except for the 1996, where did these come from, Shop at Home, Coin Vault or something.

No idea where they came from, but why'd you go with MS68s? MS69's arent much more expensive

They only had the 1 set, it was at the shop, figured for melt I couldn't go wrong.

1.) 68 is an even number.
2.) 69 on a coin is just wrong.

This week they had the MS69 sets for $999.

You did great if you got the MS68 set with a 96 for melt!

I wonder if they gave a long speech about about how milk spots are toning and they command huge premiums?? You can see the spots at 10:00 and 2:30 on the 96 pictured image
