You just lost another one of your rights as a human being with your God given right to learn,, make mistakes,, grow from your mistakes and as a person make your own choices ,???????????... Who is eBay,???.. What Is it,???? ... Who are they to make your choices,, dictate what you will buy,, and from whom,?????/... I have found some really nice Gems at a very reasonable prices by some of the So Called Banned certified slabbed companies in the past 10 years.... Helloooooooooooooooooooooo............ Are You Stupid,, An Idiot,,??????????.... Can you not make your own choices???????????????????????????????????????.......................,,, Don't you think that all the "BIG" dealer/collector names that you read about and hear about learned valuable lessons from their mistakes over the past years,,,?????????....... it is a learning experience... Do you want to be STUPID, ???????????... Don't you Desire to be educated,,, Knowagble,, Know what the Freakin Chit your talkin about when you talk to someone in the """""HOBBY""""""".... Helllllllllooooooooooooooooooooooo... How many on here are in the ""HOBBY"",, and not The ""DIRTY"" word {Stinkin } ""INVESTOR/SPECULATOR"".... You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
Although the new "rules" don't bother me (I only buy raw & low-end on eBay)...
I think the better option would be to have separate listing "sections" for slabbed coins.
Sub-Categories like: "PCGS, NGC, ANACS, etc.-Slabbed", "Others-Slabbed", "Raw", "Rolls", "Mint Sets", "Collector sets", "Bags & Lots", "Misc."

You have a right to set up your own auction site.
There you can allow people to list overgraded coins in third tier slabs , encourage people to just blatently lie and try to entice the foolish into bidding on them. See how far you get.
Ebay has a right to lay down the rules on their own site.
If they took away some scammer's giant pool of suckers good for ebay.
And that is exactly what these guys are crying about.
The new rules hurts ebay sellers that lied thru their teeth hoping to catch the naive . Bravo
The only right that was lost was the right to be a blatent scumbag. That's a right I don't see a problem losing.
People experienced in the hobby were not the ones bidding on the certified ms70 coin with the date worn off. Every sale like that was another person turned away from the hobby.
If you think it is a persons right to mis represent items for profit then you deserve to be hurt by this policy. And it is my right to belive that.
As for your invitation to leave if offended I invite all those that are crying about what Ebay allows on their site to crawl back under their rocks and sip their own snake oil .

In my opinion, the new policies train people to have good buying habits. Not everyone has to lose a lot fo money in order to learn.
