Actually, while that isn't especially hig(h) grade, it's maybe low VF-ish, to be charitable. Those Eddie 7s often look lower grade than they really are, due to the lack of features on the portrait.
It's hig, though. Very hig.

worn flat, no features, and described as having a "bit of wear"
or a coin that would grade VG at best, described as "near uncirculated"
and I don't even want to mention the various grades of UNCIRCULATED that I hsve seen pictured and described AS UNCIRCULATED
That reminds me I'm still looking for an EF+ (US MS) 1905 shilling for my Edward VII shilling collection + a lottery win to pay for it.
