What error coin is this proof George Wash dollar?

PCGS just said i had grades and when i went to look at what the error coin was called it did not have detail. Does anyone know how to look it up? Thanks for any help you can give me as I'm curious as to what they are calling it.

    Apparently, the coin was given coin number 150231 on the insert which is for the George Washington Proof and would mean the coin was not designated a Mint error. Did you submit the coin under the Mint error service?

    Does anyone have a subscription to a pop report? On the front page it has Lookup by PCGS No:

    i think if the 150231 # is typed in, it will give it. I'm to cheap to subscribe as I can find pops these days in the registry sets and they seem to be more current.

    How do you submit coins to PCGS if your' re not a Collectors Club member, through a dealer?

    FLBuffaloHunter, I'm a dealer and I used the error service. maybe it is not an error??

    Yep, looks like they did not find a Mint error and probably viewed it as damaged, hence the low grade image

    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
