Question regarding PCGS grade review...
Hello,
I'm thinking of submitting a coin for PCGS's grade review, in which an already graded PCGS coin could be deemed a "problem" coin. If they deem it such, what exactly will happen?

2- They replace the coin with a problem-free example
3- They return the now ungraded coin and cut a check for the difference in value
I think they'll let you tell them which you'd like.

4. Reholder at a lower grade and cut a check for the difference.
And, "sometimes" they let the submitter decide. Other times it just shows up in the mail.

Hello
In reference to submission #9075687, unfortunately we were not able to remove the spots from you coins and they have downgrade. We can offer to you $175 per coin to buy them back or $125 plus the coins in a MS67 holder. Please let me know what you would like us to do.
If you have any questions feel free to call me at 1-800-447-8848 ext 168 or email me at adiaz@collectors.com

You do not need to pay for anything except the return postage. If they pay you, then you don't have to pay that either.

I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question... but here it goes... for a "SPOT REVIEW" does this only work for milk spots? The coin I'd be sending is not a modern coin and doesn't contain any spots...
