  Cannot tell without looking at it in person. My guess is the discoloration in the fields in slight wear thus AU58

  I'll go MS64. MS65 on a good day, if those doing the grading were feeling forgiving about the marks on the reverse around the V.
  
  I too do not think it's a proof, though it certainly has toning like one.
  
  I grade it beautiful, regardless of technical grade.

  My opinion is that it's a strong MS64 (65 on a good day) with a pretty good strike and nice eye appeal.
