That looks like a pretty nice coin, but it is a Capped Bust half (CBH) and not a Bust dollar as your attachment is labeled. The issues from the mid 1820s were generally the best struck coins of this series, in my experience, and I would grade the coin EF45. However, the open field of the reverse looks too light to match the remainder of the coin and I wonder if someone spot cleaned the coin.
