    eBay isn't enforcing until 10/1. In the mean time I'd report them to PCGS for stealing their price guide, complete with links to coinfacts. My guess is it is copyrighted. --Jerry
  • I think they have already started enforcing the new rules at least on a spot basis. I saw one auction canceled today and resubmitted.

    It may be copyrighted, but PCGS actually provides info on how to link to the guide, so they obviously don't care if people use a section of it (see for yourself
