  Reiver must have been up there in terms of number of coins. He collected die states in addition to varieties. Remember also that not all of his coins were sold through the January, 2006 sale by Heritage.

  The U.S. mint has a large storeroom full of older bags of coins, not to mention what they are spitting out everyday.
