Doh just made a 90.00 mistake on Ebay.

Listed an item I intended to have a 99.99 BIN put a 9.99 BIN on it by mistake. It sold.. Oh Well Live and learn. I made the mistake I am going to honor the winning price.

He has not paid for it yet, so hopefully he will not pay.. Less than 5 FB

It was an older comic book. I bought it in a lot of old books for 30.00 a couple of weeks ago. There is still another comic in there that could go for 1,000 when it comes back from CGC.

you might be surprised if you e-mail the person and explain the mistake. I did it with an ARod auto and listed it for $9.99 BIN and had a heart attack. E-mailed the buyer and he knew that I had made a mistake and said it was cool.

If he pays I wil ship if not Oh well will fix it on the relist. I believe as a seller it is my responsibilty to make sure my listings are correct before listing them.

You need to be careful with those Showcase #4s. You could get much more for them.

I think it's a classy move to send it, and there's also nothing wrong with telling him it was a mistake. Heck, most of my bookies call me back when I bet an incorrect line and cancel the play.

I wish they were Showcase #4's I defintly would be very sick about it. This was an early X-men issue. The other comic is a Hulk 181. Which if you don't know is the most valuable mainstream comic out there since 1970? I believe it could grade a 9.0 or better.

From what you described (an early x-men comic book, 9.99 BIN, by someone with less than 5 FB), nothing is coming up .

Perhaps I did the search wrong or missed it? X-men under comics, $9-$10, and completed..

Ebay TKO'ed it last night because the high bidder was using a hijacked or fraudlent account. So I lucked out, I thought something was up when I looked at his bid history. He was bidding on everything across the board. I am assuming he was trying to harvest Emails for phising attempts later on. He is now NARU as well. So I get all listing fees and FVF fees back.

I had the comic.. I miss mine and wish I didn't sell them.. I had six framed on the wall.. The Hulk 181.. Daredevil 1st ap. of bullseye.. wolverine no.1... giant size xmen no1.. and 1st ap of venom.. they weren't in the best shape but still worth a fair bit of coin and cool to have. Ah well.
