Have you ever bought a rare coin....

And paid with a large amount of circulated SBAs and Sacs??? I have several hundred right now and I am either going to deposit them or take them to the Whitman show in Atlanta. Would it offend dealers if I showed up with a bag full and dumped them on their case and bought a nice Morgan or Buffalo?
Edited to say: This was supposed to a bit be funny....I would not dump the coins...they would at least be in rolls!

and this seems to be the real problem with getting the dollar coins to circulate... they are neat... but just not convenient.

Is that a roll or SACs or are you just excited about that nice Morgan or Buffalo?

True, but dealers would have the same bellyache over someone who showed up at their table with $1000 in $1 bills. A few are fine, but not in large quantities.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
<< <i>I bought a common, modern coin/set and paid with rolls of 2003 nickels (back in 2003) because I had them and I didn't like the dealer (but was buying the item from him).
Hmmm....so I guess I should just find a dealer that no one likes huh??? Feel free to check the dealer list and pm me with your selection!!
<< <i>Get out and take your Sacagawea dollars with you. I'll give ya till the count of three… >>
I remember Moe saying that on the Simpsons. Don't forget that he was pumping his double barreled shotgun as he was saying it.

If not, how about 1906-D $20 Liberty in PCGS-63 Or a brown toning 1943 Mercury dime in NGC-66 Or 1908 $20 NM Saint in PCGS-63?
Now I'm into Satin finished SACs and I love them
even paying for a 1000 dollar coin in 2s or 5s would be considered bad style?
i guess coin collectors all walk around shows with 1000 dollar bills ;-)

What about $2 bills? I like paying dealers in pks of 2's. Not one has said no either. I guess they don't think I know enough to look at them first.
