I voted to sell the ball and hire a spelling teacher for you, Jeff.
I mean, how many Bonds threads is it going to take to get all that pent up hatred for this guy out of your system?

His ball would make World History the first baseball to be knocked into space!
His ball would be more famous than the HOF.
I didn't submit my vote, as I hate junk mail.
think of how much the originator of the "vote" is going to profit, selling all the haters' emails!!

I always enter mickeymouse@aol.com, someone doesn't like me!
<< <i>You act like your heroes would never cheat. LOL spitballs? cheating? >>
MetalMike you never put it better. When people like Gaylord Perry and other people were accused of cheating back in the day I guess thats acceptable. "That funny spit baller Gaylord". Let me make it perfectly clear I do not like Barry Bonds and did not want him to break any record cheating or not but I find a strange double standard between cheating in the 60's 70's and using performance enhancing drugs today. May be a race issue, changing of the times, or the global media coverage we have today. If find on clear answer. This "What to do with the ball" by Mr. Ecko is a meer media stunt to sell a few extra shoes.

Using biased emotions to affect pieces of history is ridiculous....the same emotions would have asterisked Maris' 61st HR ball...asterisked Aaron's 715th....it goes on and on. When we begin to allow our personal feelings to affect history, it's time to step back and realize that history will write itself, that we should simply step back and let it happen.
Attempting to inflect your own personal feelings on the matter is trivial and petty.
